Responsibilities

Responsible for the detailed design High voltage Junction box, module to HVJB, signal routing and connection and high voltage current routing from modules to vehicle interface

Definition of position and type of connections, signal routing, internal interfaces

Alignment of vehicle interface position and type of electrical interfaces

Definition of requirements to the individual components

Compliance to creeping distance and clearance requirements

Expected outputs are 3D designs, 2D drawings for sample production, specification development, creeping distance and clearance analysis, component specification and fulfillment

FMEA with failure modes and assessment

Qualification

Required

BS or MS degree in Engineering

Experience in Automotive engineering
