Responsibilities

Defend employers in employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour matters
Conduct investigations, interviews, and fact development
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Provide day-to-day counsel on employment law compliance and risk management
Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and litigation planning

Qualification

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active CA bar membership in good standing
1-7 years of employment litigation as a practicing attorney
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
