Responsibilities

Build enterprise insight capabilities that enable brands to analyze and synthesize customer, market, and product data into actionable insights aligned to P2M decision moments
Develop standardized insight outputs that support assortment planning, allocation, promotional strategy, and in-season performance management
Support AI-enabled analytics tools, dashboards, and self-service insight platforms to ensure insights are accurate, timely, and decision-ready
Execute closed-loop feedback processes by linking in-season performance and customer response back to future planning and assortment decisions
Support enterprise insight frameworks, definitions, and standards to ensure consistency and comparability across brands
Partner with Product Management, Data Science, and Technology teams to support data quality, metric definitions, and insight usability
Execute tracking and reporting of KPIs related to insight adoption, decision speed, and customer relevance
Support pilot initiatives and proof-of-concept work, documenting learnings and enabling broader enterprise rollout
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and actionability of insight deliverables used at key P2M milestones
Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Inventory Management, and Consumer Insights partners to support insight-driven P2M decisions
Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insight outputs and recommendations tailored to different stakeholder needs
Support change adoption by helping teams understand and apply enterprise insights within existing workflows and tools

Required

5–7+ years of experience in analytics, consumer insights, merchandising analytics, or a related enterprise role within retail or consumer-driven organizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large, complex datasets
Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
Experience translating data into clear, structured insights that P2M decision-making
Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, in ambiguous, transformation-oriented environments, working toward strong execution and continuous improvement
Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and motivated by improving how insights are operationalized and scaled across the enterprise
