Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including controls, gauges, and calibrations
Inspect HVAC equipment and systems to ensure proper operation, safety, and compliance with codes/regulations
Troubleshoot system failures and implement corrective actions or modifications
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and building mechanical systems
Monitor and maintain energy management systems for efficient operation
Conduct building systems inspections, including fire alarms, plumbing, and controls
Respond to emergency repair needs as required
Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to safety policies
Document maintenance and repair work using work order systems or CMMS
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or equivalent experience)
4–5+ years of HVAC/building systems experience in commercial settings
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMMS/work order systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to ~50 lbs, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
