They are seeking a motivated Architectural Intern to assist with architectural design and project delivery, providing support to senior architects and project teams while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of design concepts and documentation, including preparing drawings, models, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Conduct research on materials, building codes, and design trends to support project development and ensure compliance with industry standards
Help in the preparation and organization of project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports
Participate in site visits to assist with site analysis, documentation of existing conditions, and coordination with contractors and clients
Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to contribute to project development and problem-solving
Engage in learning opportunities provided by the firm, including workshops, seminars, and mentorship sessions, to enhance your professional skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Architecture or a related field
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas clearly
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation tasks
Demonstrated creativity and passion for architecture and design, with a willingness to learn and contribute to innovative solutions
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to various tasks and projects
Preferred
Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering is a plus
