New Grad, Entry LevelMedix Technology is seeking an experienced Deployment Technician to support onsite IT deployment activities. This role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user computer systems, software, and networks during large-scale IT refreshes, upgrades, and migrations.

Responsibilities
Install, image, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop systems for end users
Transfer user data, profiles, and applications to new or upgraded systems
Set up and test peripherals such as monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
Provide basic end-user support during deployments, including initial login and functionality validation
Track and manage IT assets, including inventory updates and device labeling
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during rollout activities
Follow established deployment procedures, documentation, and security standards
Support large-scale refreshes, upgrades, and migration efforts to ensure operational readiness
Qualification
Required
Prior hands-on IT deployment or rollout experience
Experience imaging systems and supporting PC/laptop refresh initiatives
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications
Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to provide professional, customer-focused support in an onsite environment
Preferred
Deployment experience in a healthcare or regulated environment
Familiarity with asset management or ticketing systems
Basic understanding of networking concepts and enterprise IT standards
