Zafira House LLC is a boutique brand specializing in handmade home decor, textiles, and art. They are seeking a Co-founder - Head of Sales to build and execute the entire marketing and sales strategy from scratch, focusing on customer acquisition and team building.
Responsibilities
Systematic customer acquisition (email outreach, social media, partnerships, B2B corporate gifting)
Content creation and brand presence across channels
Sales funnel management from awareness to conversion
Channel testing and optimization
Team building (recruit and manage interns/sales reps as we grow)
Metrics tracking and reporting (revenue, CAC, conversion rates)
Qualification
Required
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Proven track record generating revenue
Comfortable working with minimal budget (bootstrapped initially)
Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
Data-driven: you track, measure, and optimize everything
Preferred
Experience in the home decor or arts industry and knowledge of ethical sourcing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
Benefits
10% equity in Zafira House LLC (vested over 12 months)
15% of net profit paid monthly for first year (renegotiable after)
