Responsibilities
Create solutions that will improve airspace operations
Coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed
Apply basic Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems
Strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish its goals
Directly impact aviation operations by updating air traffic management systems
Qualification
Required
Experience with Agile software development and the SAFe model
Knowledge of Scrum Master roles and responsibilities
Knowledge of software development and Cloud capabilities
Ability to lead a Scrum team and Scrum of Scrums and train the team on Agile Scrum concepts
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) systems and processes and National Airspace System (NAS) operations
