Responsibilities
Special Projects
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation sessions
Aid in organizing and maintaining employee records, both physical and digital
Assist with HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and training programs
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required
