Responsibilities
Develop and execute the enterprise change management strategy for the E&E portfolio
Align change approach to initiative type (process re-engineering, automation, operating model, workforce shifts)
Ensure change plans are integrated into program delivery—not treated as a parallel workstream
Partner with Business and Functional leaders to actively manage resistance and reinforce accountability
Design and deliver clear, targeted change communications aligned to enterprise priorities
Translate transformation objectives into simple, role-relevant messages
Partner with Process, Data, and Technology teams to define role-based training and enablement needs
Support development of playbooks, job aids, and reference materials
Define and track adoption and sustainability metrics. Partner with Program & Reporting Director to link adoption to value realization
Embed change milestones into the integrated program plan. Participate in PMO governance forums to surface change risks and adoption insights
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or enterprise program delivery preferred
Proven experience leading change across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong understanding of change methodologies
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience partnering with HR, Communications, and senior business leaders
