Responsibilities
Enhance DevSecOps processes, tools, and automation frameworks
Ensure all deliverables meet defined user acceptance criteria
Manage self‑directed assignments with accountability for deadlines and quality
Act as a trusted advisor for Cloud and DevSecOps initiatives, providing practical insights and recommendations
Implement and enforce industry standards across cloud and automation environments
Integrate and maintain security best practices within automated pipelines
Continuously improve CI/CD environments supporting cloud‑native applications
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
Within 30 miles of Laurel MD
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline
5+ years of DevSecOps experience
3+ years of experience with Azure and other cloud environments
3+ years of application and OS security experience
3+ years building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as: Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Helm, Nexus
3+ years using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible and Terraform
3+ years working with Kubernetes within Azure cloud environments
Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to convey security policies, standards, and risk concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Preferred
Certifications in Azure or AWS cloud environments
Experience working within DoD Azure cloud environments
