Project Coordinator 2

Responsibilities
Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager and deliverable tracking
Provide technical meeting minutes, identify action items
Prepare and compile technical briefs, track submission of deliverables, and monitor schedules
Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with stakeholders, including government customers and vendor partners
Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM) and other vendor or partner engagements
Assist with travel planning and coordination, labor forecasting, and requirements tracking
Manage project files and folders on shared drives using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
Qualification
Required
United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph)
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience
Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities
Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Preferred
Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired
