Talent Acquisition Leader
BOWA Construction is seeking a senior-level Talent Acquisition leader to own and drive their recruitment strategy across the organization. This role focuses on building a proactive, scalable, and data-driven hiring function that supports long-term business growth and involves partnering with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
Responsibilities
Own and lead the overall recruitment strategy for the organization, aligning hiring plans with business objectives and project demands
Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and proactively plan for future talent gaps
Serve as a strategic advisor on market trends, talent availability, compensation considerations, and hiring risks
Develop standardized hiring frameworks, interview practices, and selection criteria to ensure consistency and quality across teams
Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and senior-level roles across construction operations, project management, and corporate teams
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct high-quality candidate assessments focused on technical capability, leadership potential, and cultural alignment
Guide hiring managers through structured interview processes and final selection decisions
Own and optimize Applicant Tracking System usage, data integrity, and recruitment workflows
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes, efficiency, and decision-making
Ensure recruitment practices align with compliance requirements and internal policies
Strengthen BOWA’s employer brand by clearly communicating culture, values, and career opportunities to the market
Lead recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings, LinkedIn presence, referral programs, and industry events
Ensure a consistent, respectful, and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
Partner with HR and People & Culture teams to align recruitment with onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
Act as the internal subject matter expert on recruitment best practices and emerging trends
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and tools to support scalable growth
Support special projects related to organizational growth, workforce development, and talent initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2 years experience in Human Resources, Business Development or business operations in construction industry a plus
2+ years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team
Demonstrated experience owning recruitment strategy and partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational needs into effective hiring strategies
Advanced sourcing expertise and comfort recruiting hard-to-fill, specialized roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruitment data to drive decisions and improvements
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and guide stakeholders when needed
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
