Responsibilities
Be the tech hero for clients, troubleshooting and crushing hardware, software, and network issues
Lead system upgrades and migrations (servers, email, cloud—you name it)
Keep client networks humming—servers, switches, routers, firewalls, the works
Slam-dunk client problems with speed and swagger
Escalate the tough stuff to Level 3 (soon to be you) or vendors when needed
Lock down client backups, disaster recovery like a pro
Team up with Level 1 techs and other problem solvers to keep clients stoked
Stay in the loop with clients, delivering updates that keep them smiling
Qualification
Required
A tech wizard
A communication rockstar who can break down tech talk for normal humans
A lone wolf when needed, but a pack player at heart
A master of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software
Preferred
Epicor or ERP know-how
Microsoft certifications
ConnectWise experience
