Responsibilities
Lead the migration of legacy RAI assessments into Tonkean’s AI-powered Intake Forms and Modules, creating automated risk-scoring, approval routing, and compliance tracking
Develop and maintain integrations between Marketing project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana) and Legal Systems (e.g., Ironclad, LawVu) via Tonkean to automate contract review and ad compliance, reducing bottlenecks
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end orchestration workflows using Tonkean’s no-code platform that connect to existing tools like Slack, Teams, Email, Salesforce, and ERP systems
Utilize Tonkean connectors to sync, fetch, and populate data across multiple systems, ensuring 'single source of truth' for legal requests and reducing manual data entry
Configure Tonkean AI Agents to handle routine inquiries, analyze documents using NLP, and intelligently route complex matters to the appropriate legal stakeholder
Build real-time dashboards to monitor SLA heatmaps, cycle-time trends, and compliance status for both Marketing reviews and RAI audits
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience
Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on the Tonkean platform (Intake, Workflows, Modules, Agents)
Experience using Tonkean's 'connectors' to link with common enterprise apps (CRM, CLM, HRIS) and building custom integrations without code
Ability to translate complex, manual legal processes into efficient, automated, and user-friendly workflows
Experience configuring AI-powered intake forms that interpret user intent
