Responsibilities

Own and execute a content calendar across video, social, web, print, and email
Capture and create educational content that explains why the product works (video demos, blogs, podcasts, short-form clips)
Lead hands-on video production and editing
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Support lead generation through digital campaigns, drip sequences, and influencer partnerships
Collaborate with sales on content that supports pipeline growth and customer education
Understand performance data, ROI, and what content actually converts
Support retail openings, joint branding efforts, and dealer education
Attend trade shows and events; present and support educational demos
Travel up to ~40% to support retailers, dealers, and brand activations
Help build the marketing function and team over time
Manage vendors, freelancers, and content partners as needed
Adapt quickly in an environment with evolving structure and priorities

Required

A hands-on marketing leader who thrives without a rigid playbook
Experience marketing physical products (retail and/or ecommerce strongly preferred)
Strong background in content creation—especially video
Comfort managing large digital campaigns and understanding performance metrics
Someone who can translate technical or complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging
Willingness to travel and be visible in the market
3–6+ years of marketing experience with heavy emphasis on content creation
Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress, and analytics tools
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple initiatives at once
