The Indirect Tax Associate will be responsible for supporting critical business operations between the tax and finance departments, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Accurately input tax payment invoices into the payment system
Prepare and submit local beverage excise tax filings in compliance with regulations
Investigate and resolve tax notices promptly and efficiently
Maintain, update, and organize tax records for easy retrieval and audit purposes
Prepare and file sales tax returns and other related filings as required
Conduct research, review, and process unclaimed property items to ensure compliance
Issue resale certificates and manage related documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
One or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem
The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly
Preferred
Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits Industry
