Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operating results, trends, variances, and KPIs

Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans

Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare forecasts, scenarios, and long-range financial models

Support profitability, expense, and performance analysis across products, business lines, and branches

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, executive leadership, and the Board

Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions

Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, and analytical processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred

Banking or financial services experience

Familiarity with ALCO, interest rate risk, and balance sheet management

CPA, CFA, or MBA (preferred, not required)

Experience with planning systems implementations and executive or Board-level reporting
