Responsibilities
You’ll collaborate closely with the Startups Content Marketing team and Web Operations to ensure blog and web surfaces are optimized, discoverable, and aligned with founder needs. Additionally, you’ll work with the Direct Buy Team to run and optimize paid ad campaigns

Qualification
Required
5-8+ years of hands‐on performance and growth marketing experience owning multi‐channel paid media across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube
Highly fluent in technical SEO, including indexation, metadata, structured data, and schema markup
Experience with AEO/GEO optimization to help Company's for Startups surface in AI-driven search and generative engines
Strong operator mindset, running constant experiments (bids, audiences, creatives, landing pages), managing CPC/CPA/CPQL targets, and iterating quickly with measurable impact
Comfortable partnering deeply with Marketing Ops to maintain attribution integrity, dashboards, tag standards, and performance reporting, including weekly memos and monthly deep dives
Experience in web conversion optimization, A/B testing, and collaborating with Web Ops
Ability to provide actionable SEO/AEO briefs to Content teams
Tools familiarity (Adobe Analytics, paid ads platforms) and a bias toward data‐driven recommendations
