Responsibilities
Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine scope and requirements
Calculate and prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
Organize and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to negotiate pricing
Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals to clients
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new business leads
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide quotes
Qualification
Required
Experience in estimating and bidding for construction projects
Ability to analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints
Proficiency in calculating and preparing detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
Experience in organizing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes
Ability to prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals to clients
Experience in client and relationship management
