Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and ventilation equipment
Identify and document maintenance risks and equipment issues
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults
Perform clean, high-quality system repairs and warranty services
Respond promptly and professionally to emergency service calls
Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to junior technicians
Maintain accurate service notes, daily logs, and required documentation
Ensure all work complies with codes, OSHA standards, and manufacturer guidelines
Follow company procedures, service standards, and customer requirements
Assist customers by answering questions and explaining system performance
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to use Android/Apple devices for communication and field reporting
Commitment to completing all scheduled work each day
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation
Organized, outgoing, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer-service skills and ability to build client relationships
Ability to maneuver in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas
Ability to climb/descend ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
3–5 years of residential HVAC service experience
