Responsibilities
Create high-quality, internal, customer-facing in-app guidance using Pendo with timely delivery
Partner closely with Change Management Specialists and Product Managers to proactively identify in-app content needs
Develop in-app content including badges, tooltips, and guide walkthroughs based on defined requirements
Optimize UI/UX of in-app content through A/B testing and creative experimentation to improve engagement
Support quality assurance and testing of Pendo in-app content
Troubleshoot technical or platform issues in collaboration with Pendo Support and account teams
Utilize Pendo Analytics to deliver data-driven insights on user behavior and provide UI/UX improvement recommendations
Support analytics and reporting requests related to Pendo usage and digital adoption metrics
Serve as a subject matter expert on Pendo capabilities and best practices
Assist in training team members and stakeholders on creating and managing Pendo content and interpreting analytics
Collaborate with external vendor partners for content development, troubleshooting, and analytics support
Stay current on Pendo product updates, industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies
Identify and recommend process improvements to internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (required)
Basic Pendo knowledge required; 1+ year of Pendo experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent time management and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
