Responsibilities
Create the 2027 Shiseido Americas brand portfolio CoAdvertising side by side templates
Assist in analyzing Freelance reporting to identify opportunities and process enhancements
Participating in Sales Field leadership calls and facilitate solutions to updates/ requests
Work with the team and accounting partners to assess efficiency opportunities on invoice reconciliation processes for Demo staffing
Assist in ad hoc operational projects relating Sales Reporting, Freelance, CoAdvertising, Staffing, and Field Sales
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
