Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted and in good standing in CA
7+ years of insurance coverage and coverage litigation experience
Strong knowledge of insurance law and policy interpretation
Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team
Experience with complex or high-exposure coverage disputes
Familiarity with bad faith litigation
Preferred
Book of business is a plus
