Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of inventory planning and logistics processes at a global scale
Own and manage end-to-end asset management systems and workflows across regions
Analyze supply, demand, inventory levels, and pricing across multiple commodities to support procurement and planning decisions
Evaluate and optimize supplier performance based on cost, quality, service, availability, and support
Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure product and supply chain success
Drive automation initiatives in partnership with engineering and design teams on aggressive timelines
Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization
Review, approve, and manage purchase orders, bid proposals, and requisitions to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and appropriate quantities
Administer supplier and vendor contracts and resolve issues related to delivery delays, defects, or unacceptable goods or services
Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and end users to determine corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial reports, pricing proposals, and technical data
Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management and inventory planning
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business applications
Ability to accurately document, track, and manage procurement and asset-related data
Leadership and mentoring experience
Knowledge of purchasing laws and regulatory requirements
Experience supporting data center or infrastructure supply chains
Engineering or technical background to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and understand infrastructure processes
