Responsibilities
Assumes ownership and accountability for all accounting, reporting, financial controls, cash planning, and regulatory compliance
Partners with CFO and supports geographic leaders to maximize profitability and productivity
Builds financial acumen across FZ by teaching others with clarity and practicality
Drives continuous improvement in processes and systems while ensuring accuracy and integrity across financial and accounting operations
Issues timely and complete reports, ensuring financial integrity remains rock-solid
Navigates complex internal controls and consolidated reporting requirements with ease
Works well across all levels of the organization and leads the team effectively
Builds strong internal and external relationships, navigating topics with professionalism, tact, and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience (multi-state)
Technical skills – You embrace modern technology to get the most out of your time and effort. Not only are you an Excel guru, but you also have extensive knowledge of large scale EPR and Data Visualization/BI systems
Communication – Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills for conversations that range from one-on-one to group presentations
Time Management – You are self-motivated with a sense of urgency, and able to access priorities and meet deadlines
Safety Awareness – Ability to wear required PPE when visiting field locations (minimum one visit per month)
Preferred
construction & public accounting specific experience along with CMA or CPA
Viewpoint Spectrum or MS Power BI
