Responsibilities
Build and expand relationships with regional and national health plans and payer organizations
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across payer segments
Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract execution
Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive sustained revenue growth
Generate leads through conferences, industry events, referrals, and strategic outreach
Present AMC Health’s virtual care and RPM solutions to executive and C-suite stakeholders
Collaborate with Marketing on targeted payer messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and internal subject matter experts to support deal strategy and execution
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
Proven track record of sourcing, managing, and closing complex, high-value deals
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate value to senior decision-makers
Experience working with healthcare organizations, health plans, or value-based care stakeholders
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth environment
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Direct experience selling to health plans, payers, or payer-adjacent organizations
Familiarity with payer market segments including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or ASO models
Experience selling virtual care, remote patient monitoring (RPM), population health, or digital health solutions
Understanding of value-based care and care management models
