They are hiring a Tracker/Field Researcher to join the Tracking team for the 2026 cycle, responsible for researching public events, documenting footage, and analyzing content.

Researching, analyzing, and identifying public events for tracking
Documenting public events and editing footage
Analyzing content gathered and identifying key moments, trends, or patterns to serve underlying strategy
Preparing reports with content analysis
Monitoring and keeping up-to-date with current events and politics
Collaborating with other teams on communications or projects
Qualification
Required
Effective time management skills: the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects independently and on time
Excellent research skills and ability to analyze content in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
The ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions
Availability to work week nights and weekends as needed
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle required
Bilingual fluency; Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply

Camera/editing experience is preferred but not required
