Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of IT initiatives, ensuring milestones, scope, and timelines are met
Facilitate recurring team ceremonies, including daily coordination meetings and formal project reviews
Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates covering schedule, risks, dependencies, and financial impacts
Maintain detailed project artifacts such as schedules, risk and issue logs, and governance documentation in alignment with PMO practices
Adapt delivery approach as needed, leveraging Agile frameworks or Waterfall methodologies based on project need
Collaborate closely with business sponsors to define objectives, success metrics, and acceptance standards
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Balance competing priorities and facilitate decision-making across technology and business teams
Proactively identify delivery risks and cross-team dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans
Manage scope changes through formal change control processes, ensuring proper documentation and approval
Escalate issues appropriately to maintain momentum and avoid downstream impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6–8 years of progressive IT project management experience
Proven success managing enterprise-scale initiatives
Hands-on experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing reporting
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders across business and technology teams
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP)
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
