Responsibilities

Lead the creation of image, video, and content shoots for digital channels (DTC, TikTok, Instagram, Email, Triggers, Loyalty)
Partner with senior creative leaders to evolve the brand’s visual language and push creative boundaries
Collaborate closely with social, DTC, brand marketing, and visual merchandising to nail product storytelling
Own end-to-end campaign execution, from detailed shoot planning through on-brief, on-time post-production
Oversee junior designers and a social creative agency while enforcing best-in-class brand standards

Required

5+ years of hands-on social content creation, experience on-set, and with a beauty brand

Collaborate closely with social, DTC, brand marketing, and visual merchandising to nail product storytelling
