Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and execute vendor payments (ACH, wire, check)
Manage vendor setup, W-9 collection, and payment terms
Perform vendor statement reviews and payment follow-up
Manage and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and expense reports
Support monthly close activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Perform account reconciliations (bank, credit cards, accruals, fixed assets)
Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations with WRT Belgium
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Support annual audit preparation by providing schedules and documentation
Ensure accurate documentation and audit trails within D365
Support U.S. compliance requirements (sales/use tax filings, reporting support)
Ensure adherence to internal accounting controls and company policies
Assist in improving accounting processes as the U.S. entity scales
Provide accounting support to internal stakeholders (operations, logistics, management)
Assist with sales invoicing and cost tracking as needed
Work closely with the U.S. operations team to ensure accurate cost allocation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
Bachelor's degree
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
