Responsibilities
Build and mature a scalable Enterprise Security program, defining clear goals, long-term strategy, and roadmaps that drive continuous improvement and enterprise-wide risk reduction
Establish a standardized security engagement model that enables teams to partner with Security early and throughout design, development, and launch, making security by default across product and infrastructure lifecycles
Drive cross-functional security initiatives with Engineering, Trust & Safety, and Security teams to address systemic risks and deliver durable, long-term security outcomes
Define and operationalize metrics and reporting to measure program effectiveness, track risk reduction, and communicate security posture and progress to stakeholders at all levels
Qualification
Required
Experience running a technical security program (3-5 years of experience)
Strong program management, problem-solving, and execution skills
Technical experience in Enterprise Security domain (Endpoint & Network Security, SaaS Security, Identity and Access Management)
Outstanding communication skills, you're able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences from engineers to executives
