Responsibilities
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies: Including Daily Scrum (stand-up), Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings
Assist with backlog refinement: Help break down user stories, estimate effort, and prioritize tasks
Work on tasks within a sprint: Contribute to development, testing, documentation, or design tasks as assigned by the team
Contribute to documentation: Help create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation
Participate in continuous improvement efforts: Contribute to discussions and initiatives aimed at improving the team's processes and performance
Qualification
Required
Must have 1, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
Must be currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Must have a basic understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Have excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Have experience working with geographically separated project teams
Have a basic understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks is a plus
