Proactively mitigate and research open items
Respond timely to questions regarding fulfillment process
Answer questions on specific orders

Ability to execute on daily Fulfillment Operations processes within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Experience with Salesforce database
Ability to create and track reporting throughout the fulfillment lifecycle
Ability to manually retrieve and package cards from secure safes
Ability to update the system with details
Ability to track and monitor cards that require additional configurations
Ability to escalate issues if applicable
Ability to package and verify cards with another team member
Ability to submit cards for shipment to mailroom department
Ability to track Fedex deployments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
