Responsibilities
Assist with employee data entry, maintenance, and staff- and company-wide meetings and events
Assist with sorting, scanning, filing, and documenting employee records and data
Assist with supporting intern events and Fall intern recruitment
Assist with job postings for full-time and part-time positions including candidate sourcing, screenings, and scheduling
Support onboarding process for new hires and interns by preparing materials and coordinating meetings
Contribute to employee engagement efforts by helping coordinate training sessions, programs, events, and communications that strengthen workplace culture
Support preparation for student workers to begin in the Fall as part of Lyric’s partnership with Christ the King Jesuit College Prep Corporate Work Study Program
Other special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business or Human Resources Management
Ability to apply sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills to enhance departmental operational efficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, highly organized, and detail oriented
Ability to work well with a team
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Canva a plus, including Sheets, Docs, and Google Calendar
