Responsibilities
Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life"
Interface with builders on a daily basis, answering inquiries and resolving problems
Prepare and type closing documents
Set up new homeowner accounts
Create and maintain HOA accounts
Pull and enter online schedules
Manage orders and other paperwork
General office duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to pass a drug screen
