Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy and support key business and operational decisions
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Analyze financial and operational performance, including margin and variance analysis
Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to cost control, manufacturing efficiency, and profitability
Partner with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership to improve financial performance
Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation activities
Support pricing analysis, capital expenditure evaluations, and investment decisions
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Maintain strong internal controls and support audit activities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Lead, develop, and mentor a finance and accounting team
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools, including ERP initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong experience in operational finance, cost accounting, and FP&A
Proven ability to lead teams and partner cross-functionally
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures and operational drivers
