Responsibilities
Work directly with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
Host open houses and private showings
Manage active leads and follow-up through CRM systems
Assist with listing launches, pricing strategy, and marketing execution
Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, management companies, and co-op/condo boards
Support negotiations, contracts, and deal progression through closing
Work on board packages
Meet photographers, floorplan renderers, videographers
Help prepare listings for market
Qualification
Required
Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Someone willing to be in the office weekly
Preferred
Experience/ knowledge in Manhattan residential real estate (UES/UWS experience a plus)
Experience with co-op sales
