Responsibilities
Acquire knowledge of various department operations, functions, responsibilities and work flow
Complete well‐defined work assignments and actively participate in hands‐on projects and/or special assignments
Learn and become proficient at systems and procedures applicable to work assignments and functional area
Maintain communication with team leader to include feedback on assignments, scheduling, and program improvements. Immediate work direction may be assigned to an experienced team member
Perform other related responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in university coursework toward a college degree in Engineering
Ability to work effectively in a variety of administrative, technical and manufacturing assignments
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all contacts
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status REQUIRED
