They are seeking a Digital Product Specialist to manage small to mid-sized technology projects, focusing on business analysis, data integration, and process improvement to support operational excellence across their nurseries.

Responsibilities
Manage and deliver small to mid-sized technology projects from initiation to completion
Conduct business process discovery and create clear As-Is / To-Be documentation
Write detailed user stories and requirements to guide development and integration work
Map and optimize data flows, including API integrations and middleware/data lake concepts
Collaborate with stakeholders across operational and support teams to align solutions with business needs
Use tools like Jira, Miro, and Visio to manage workflows and visualize processes
Support system enhancements and integrations for HR, CRM, or nursery management platforms
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in ambiguous or evolving situations
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience managing small to mid-sized technology projects
Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and documentation
Good understanding of data flows, API integrations, and middleware/data lake concepts
Proven stakeholder management experience across diverse teams
Confident using collaboration and visualization tools (Jira, Miro, Visio, or similar)
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively in ambiguity
Preferred
Exposure to HR, CRM, or nursery management systems is a plus
