Drafting and arguing motions

Conducting legal research
Preparing witnesses
Supporting cases through dispositive motions, trial, or settlement
Independently draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings with minimal supervision
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding professional references
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
At least 5 years of commercial litigation experience within a law firm or corporate legal department
Experience handling complex commercial disputes, including motions practice and discovery
Ability to independently draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings with minimal supervision
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
J.D. from an accredited law school
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Prior experience at an Am Law 200 firm, a well-regarded litigation boutique, or a large corporate legal department
