Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day general ledger activities and manage a consistent, timely month-end close
Oversee account reconciliations, balance sheet integrity, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support policy/process documentation
Support financial statement preparation and review; analyze results and communicate insights
Coordinate audit support and respond to internal/external requests efficiently
Strengthen internal controls, approvals, and reconciliation workflows
Drive process improvements and scalable enhancements across accounting operations
Partner with Finance and business leaders to support budgeting inputs and variance commentary
Assist with integration activities, including data alignment and post-integration close support
Coach, develop, and train a team to ensure accuracy, productivity, and engagement
Qualification
Required
Accounting Degree
6+ years experience
At least 1 year prior leadership
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting fundamentals
Experience supporting audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical/problem-solving ability
