Planning, implementing and managing strategic and financial initiatives related to provider compensation (MD's, PhD, and APP's) and clinical incentives in a complex health system environment that spans academic and community based settings
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Health Administration, Math, Statistics, or a related field required
Expertise and strong experience in physician and APP compensation as well as benchmarking tools and data is critical to this role
Advanced Excel skills required
