Responsibilities
Support project management activities including meeting scheduling, milestone tracking, artifact management in Azure DevOps, and clear cross-team communication
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, project statuses, resources, and key communications
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document business needs, user stories, and technical specifications
Support cross-functional collaboration and proactively identify and help mitigate project risks
Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to support deployment activities and ensure infrastructure aligns with delivery timelines
Create technical diagrams and translate business requirements into implementable solutions
Prepare demonstrations, training materials, and client-facing presentations
Provide hands-on technical support by building prototypes, configuring AI agents, and leveraging generative AI tools for rapid validation
Stay current on emerging AI technologies and share insights with the broader team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, technical support, or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, Informatics, or a related technical field
Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and structuring to support AI solution development
Experience supporting projects through requirements documentation, coordination, or technical execution
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with low-code platforms, AI agent configuration, or rapid prototyping tools
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project and delivery management platforms
Experience translating business requirements into technical workflows, diagrams, and specifications
Exposure to AI/ML concepts through professional, academic, or applied project work
Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in learning new tools, platforms, and technologies
Experience working in cross-functional teams that include engineering, consulting, and client stakeholders
