Buisness Development Manager
The AAPCO Group is a national general contractor specializing in the renovation and restoration of multifamily communities across the United States. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities to drive company growth while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities to drive company growth
Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs
Create proposals and negotiate contracts
Ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with teams to align sales strategies with business goals
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote brand visibility
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to develop strategic plans, analyze market trends, and execute sales initiatives
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data analysis
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Background in the construction or real estate industry is highly desirable
Experience in public speaking or presenting to diverse audiences is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
