Responsibilities
Assess the current state of the Kajabi platform, including design, UX, and backend configuration
Recommend usability enhancements and best practices to optimize user flow and site performance
Implement approved design and backend updates directly within Kajabi
Develop guidance, documentation, or SOPs to enable internal staff to manage future updates independently
Provide troubleshooting support for light production issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Over 4 years of hands-on experience with Kajabi, including design and backend management
More than 6 years of experience in design and user experience fields
Strong knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design strategies
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite to support design tasks and troubleshooting
Experience advising on platform best practices and clearly communicating recommendations
Ability to work independently within a condensed, high-impact project timeline
