Responsibilities
Draft sophisticated wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Administer estates and trusts, including preparation of estate tax returns, accountings, and distributions
Represent fiduciaries in probate proceedings, including contested matters and Surrogate’s Court appearances
Handle guardianship applications, elder law planning, and special needs trusts
Litigate will contests, trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and removal actions
Maintain direct client relationships and provide strategic, tax-efficient counsel
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of trusts and estates experience, including wills, probate, and estate administration
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Comfort advising high-net-worth clients and fiduciaries
Admitted in New Jersey (additional admissions a plus)
Collaborative, client-focused mindset with interest in long-term growth
