Responsibilities
Support the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare and review financial data such as balance sheets and income statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP
Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
1 - 4 years of hands-on accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP system
