Sales Manager

Good Feet Midwest is a growing retailer focused on enhancing community well-being through premium arch supports. They are seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager to drive sales, exceed performance expectations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while leading and developing the sales team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate store operations to achieve sales and profit goals
Coach and develop team members to exceed performance expectations and take on new roles
Monitor store metrics to motivate staff to exceed sales and productivity goals
Motivate and inspire employees, leading by example
Ensure an exceptional customer experience
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
Manage store operations, including POS transactions and inventory control
Resolve customer concerns
Cultivate a premium employer image in your market
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in a commission-based sales environment

Required

2+ years of retail/sales experience
1+ years of Leadership & Management experience
Proven ability to create a culture of accountability and dedication to excellence
Motivational skills in a deadline-driven environment
Analytical and critical thinking ability
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Understanding of financial statements and budget management
Quick learner with strong organizational skills
Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibilities
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory
Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts

Preferred

Proven track record of success in a commission-based sales environment
