Responsibilities

Facilitate and participate in process reviews to support shop capability and cost analysis
Support process certification projects to implement process improvements
Evaluate procedures and processes to determine compliance with applicable requirements
Investigate non-conformances to assist in root cause, identify corrective actions and track effectiveness
Utilize continuous improvement tools to support the cellular concept and make process improvements
Assist reporting and improvement of business metrics as defined by Cells (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost)
Demonstrate a dedication to the EH&S Program

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringQuality experienceAS9100 knowledgeMicrosoft Office SuiteSAP/Solumina experienceCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Hands on experience in quality
Working knowledge of AS9100 and/or PW Quality Requirements
Demonstrated ability to interpret and clearly communicate requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with SAP/Solumina
Minimum GPA of 3.0
